The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Breakfast was low standard and choices were limited. Reaching the rooms was difficult, especially at night. Pools outside increased the mosquito problem. I was bitten constantly. Room location meant hot air from other units' air conditioning blew into our seating area.

The room was clean and had everything needed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of food. The location is excellent. It is a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. I found RJ, Goy, and Tor helpful.

I encountered a hot water issue. It was only lukewarm and lasted about five minutes before turning cold. The water needed an hour to reheat for another five minutes of use. I reported this to the engineers and they tried to fix it, but the problem persisted.
